Nationwide’s Affinity Marketing team did not have the capacity to handle all marketing requests and needed a partner to manage collateral changes and create new pieces to keep internal marketing team focused on other strategic efforts.

Weber created a process to receive and acknowledge all marketing requests, map current workflow and inspection points to ensure quality control and provide monthly insights reports based on usage requests.
