CHALLENGE:

With brand awareness close to zero in the communities where Carrington College students live and work, the placement team was struggling to connect with key employers for externships, student placements, which was essential to maintaining accreditation.

 

SOLUTION:

Weber created an employer-focused awareness and messaging campaign, a B2B relationship selling strategy, and print and e-marketing tactics around what employers’ look for in a student graduate.

 

RESULTS:
  • 15% increase in placements at target Phoenix campus for Medical Assistants
  • 70 new employer contacts and 14 new appointments with target employers (1st month)
  • 100% increase in employer-requested meetings vs. baseline
