DentalOne Partners: Created A Consistent Customer Experience Across 150+ Locations

CHALLENGE:

Create a more customer-centric culture within each privately-owned practice to ultimately increase patient referrals.

 

SOLUTION:

Weber created the “Bite-Sized Book”, a pocket-sized guide modeled after Starbucks’ Green Apron Book. The booklet is given to each new DentalOne employee and includes quick tips and real customer stories aimed at creating a consistent, positive experience for each customer.

 

RESULTS:
  • Distributed the “Bite-Sized Book” to approximately 1,800 DentalOne employees
  • Created a better customer experience in 150+ privately-owned practices
